This program can provide students with a foundation to work as an accounting paraprofessional, accounting assistant, or junior accountant. The program includes courses in basic and specialized accounting concepts and related business concepts and skills. Our program in Business Administration at Sanford-Brown College is designed to provide students with the essential general education, business theory, and hands-on skill needed to begin a gratifying career in Accounting, Business Management, or Sales and Marketing. The curriculum is a unique blend of courses that can prepare students to enter today’s competitive business world. This program introduces the student to the business use of computers, emphasizing computer and Internet programming concepts. The courses are designed to provide the students with the essential skills for a job in information systems within a business environment. Visual Basic skills are learned the .NET framework, and helps prepare a student for the Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) credential.The courses in this program are designed to prepare students for entry-level jobs that may involve:

Computer Game Design
The Computer Game Design program can prepare students with the basic students for entry-level game design positions by building practical skills in the use of game design software and technology. Students will be exposed to principles, techniques, and tools of game design with a focus on creating media assets and developing basic programming abilities. Students will also design interactive media and visual interfaces for game projects. Students will construct and animate 2D and 3D objects and creative game environments using industry-standard animation software and level editors.

Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant program is designed to give students the training and skills they need to perform various technical and administrative skills to function as a key member of any health care team. Coursework in patient preparation, medication administration, emergency medical procedures, and office procedures ensures our student’s successful transition into the fast-paced field of medicine.
The curriculum includes:
- Blood work and lab work
- CPR and First aid administration

Graduates of the program are eligible to take the American Medical Technologists Registered Medical Assistant Exam (RMA). This nationally recognized certification entitles AMT-registered medical assistants to affiliate with that organization. Graduates are also eligible to for the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) designation offered by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).

Network Administration
This program is designed to provide students with a foundation in computer networks including Local area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) with a focus on the Microsoft and LINUX platforms. Networking skills are learned and students are prepared for the Microsoft Certified Sytems Administrator (MCSA) credential. The courses are designed to prepare students for entry-level jobs, which may involve: designing, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft network architectures/topologies, as well as administering e-mail and web services. The courses in this program are designed to prepare students for
entry-level jobs that may involve:
- Troubleshooting problems involving involving computer networks
- Installing and configuring computer networks
- Maintaining and upgrading network hardware and software
- Integrating multiple operating system platforms on a network

Upon successful completion of this program, students will have been exposed to the topics typically found on the: Microsoft Certified Engineer (MCSE), A+, Network +, Certified Network Administrator (CNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and the Certified Novell Engineering (CNE) examinations. *

Radiography
This program can provide students with a foundation in implementing radiographic procedures, radiation protection, and radiological physics, image production and evaluation of radiographs. These procedures are conducted in a caring, safe, effective, and legal manner. The student learns to work effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote patient diagnosis and recovery. The courses are designed to prepare students for entry-level jobs that may involve:
- Emergency procedures using energized radiographic units
- Positioning patients and processing film
- Patient interaction and vital sign administration
- Surgical asepsis
- Verbal and written communication with other healthcare professionals
Upon successful completion of the program, the student is eligible to sit for The American Registry of Radiologic Technologist radiography examination. Registration or certification requirements for taking and passing exams are not controlled by the school but by outside agencies and are subject to change without notice to the school. The school cannot guarantee that graduates will be eligible to take certification exams, regardless of the eligibility status upon enrollment.

Respiratory Therapy
This program is designed to provide students with a foundation in implementing respiratory therapy procedures and practices under the supervision of a physician. These procedures are conducted in a caring, safe, effective and legal manner. The student can learn to work effectively with other allied healthcare professionals, patients and families to promote patient diagnosis, therapy and recovery. Clinical laboratory experiences accompany the classroom learning experiences. The Respiratory Therapy degree program also includes advanced topics in assessment, diagnosis, equipment and monitoring to enhance career opportunities and general education and related courses that qualify for the degree credential. The programs' courses are designed to prepare students for entry-level jobs that may involve:
- Patient interaction with premature infants and elderly people
- Use of technical respiratory equipment
- Work within speciality units
- Emergency procedures within burn and trauma units
- Verbal and written communication with other healthcare professionals
Upon successful completion of the program, the student is eligible to take the examination for Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) offered through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Upon successful completion of additional coursework the CRT may take the Registered Respiratory Therapist examination (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). The School doesn't guarantee third-party certification.
