The New Dimensions Program at Albertus Magnus College provides a convenient and efficient way for working adults to earn their college degree without interrupting their jobs or personal lives. Attending just one evening class and learning team per week, students can earn their associate's, bachelor's or master's degree in about 2 years.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Concentration in Healthcare
The curriculum the Business Management program builds a solid foundation covering all the functional areas of business such as accounting, management marketing and finance. This program provides students with a curriculum to prepare them for entry and promotion into a rapidly changing business and professional environment. This program is not offered in New Haven.

Master of Arts in Leadership
The Master of Arts in Leadership program at Albertus Magnus College is a 33-credit hour graduate program designed to help you build skills in critical leadership areas. The Masters in Arts in Leadership Program integrates concepts from philosophy, religion, organizational psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology, organizational theory and development, strategic management, political science, and human resource management to provide participants with a strong base for effective leadership in a diverse society. Through courses such as Community Leadership, Servant Leadership, Moral Leadership, Leadership in Practice, Imagination and Communication, and Strategic Leadership in a Changing Society, students in the Master of Arts in Leadership will develop the soft skills of management; learning to be effective leaders and team members in any setting they encounter. Different from other New Dimensions programs, The Master of Arts in Leadership Program is fully blended, meeting for 2 ˝ hours per week at our East Hartford location with enhanced online communication throughout the week. Students in the Master of Arts in Leadership do not participate in Learning Teams.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program is a 48-credit graduate program designed for the adult working professional. The MBA program has been designed to provide a strong conceptual foundation for successful management of business, and also emphasizes the development of skills related to creating new value for customers and competitiveness through the completion of an entrepreneurial or business consulting capstone team project. The MBA at Albertus provides the opportunity to profit from practical work-related experiences through a unique and intensive method of collaborative learning and student interaction.

Master of Science in Management
The Master of Science in Management degree program is a 36-credit graduate program designed for the adult working professional. Participants in the MSM Program deepen their understanding of the ethical, social, behavioral, economic and organizational concepts which are critical to the management of corporations and businesses. This program serves the needs of a wide range of managers in organizations large and small, particularly those who need to acquire or develop the analytical skills which will enable them to make more effective contributions to the workplace. This practitioner-oriented program emphasizes managerial development in a changing environment in consideration of ethical and social principles as they apply to “real world” situations. Through the design, execution, and oral defense of applied and researched personal projects, students demonstrate that they have mastered the technique of applying theoretical knowledge to the solution of practical problems and decisions.
